Another project I wanted to add to this year's display was a talking skull. I was lucky enough to do a trade with a fellow haunter for a Talking Thru Boris skull.

These guys aren't very easy to find so when it was offered up, I jumped at the chance.

I was able to find a hack to have the Boris use an external sound source to make the jaw move. I won't get into how it was done, but here is my test video of it in action.

This is the skull I am going to use as the narrator for my haunt poem sign I am working on.
