Planning for 2009! After a successful Halloween night, it's time to start thinking about what to enhance, fix and add for 2009. For now (as promised) I am taking a much needed break so no prop building until January! Check back here and see what’s planned. Maybe it will be something you might enjoy. The Pirate Shipwreck A big part of this years display envolves the pirate shipwreck. I have spent the last 2 weekends constructing the frame and covering with a recycled advertising tarp. The main feature for constructing this prop was storage. The idea is to have it built in 2 halfs that bolt together. Here are the progress photos:
